aizenith.net
An IBS grader for the label in your hand.
Zenith scores food, supplements, and personal care from 0 to 100. It separates a useful active ingredient from the sugar, polyols, and additives that can wreck a sensitive gut.
Good · 82–100
Stable, bioavailable, IBS-safe base.
Good but still bad · 55–81
The active works, but sugar or a small watch item costs points.
Bad · 0–54
FODMAP triggers, degraded actives, or harsh additives.
What the score is looking at
- FODMAP guard. Sugar alcohols, inulin, chicory, Jerusalem artichoke, excess fructose, carrageenan, and high-lactose whey or milk protein concentrate are automatic fails. Monk fruit and stevia are not.
- Natural flavors stay a watch item. FDA 21 CFR 101.22 flavoring costs 4 points. It does not fail a product by itself.
- Form matters. Dry creatine and verified gummies are treated differently from heat-degraded gummies. Chelated magnesium is preferred over oxide and citrate. Root-only ashwagandha, methylated B vitamins, and D3 with K2 score higher than the cheaper forms.
- Soaps get the same honesty. Methylisothiazolinone, DMDM hydantoin, parabens, SLS/SLES, synthetic dyes, and undisclosed fragrance are flagged.
The app
Zenith for Android and iPhone scans a barcode or a label, then keeps history and favorites on the phone. From 1.1 it also keeps gut lists: the products that work for you, each with its grade and the reason, which you can share as text or as a link that opens on this site with nothing uploaded. The Play listing is Zenith - IBS Food Grader, package com.aistudio.zenith.qrvx. This site is the public home for the app, starting with the privacy policy the stores require.
